After Activation: No Refunds

Once your subscription has been activated, it is not eligible for a refund, cancellation, or change.

Our commitment is to activate your subscription for the full duration you’ve purchased. As proof of this, we send a screenshot to your email showing your active subscription within our system.

Our advice: Purchase a trial before committing to a longer subscription. This gives you a genuine opportunity to confirm the service works for you before activation makes the purchase final.

When a Refund May Be Possible

Refunds can only be considered for orders that have not yet been activated. For a request to be eligible, all of the following must apply:

• The request is submitted before your subscription is activated
• You can provide reasonable evidence supporting the issue you’re raising
• A clear and valid reason for the refund is included
• The request is sent through one of our official channels: website, email, or WhatsApp

How to Request a Refund

If your order hasn’t been activated yet and you’d like to request a refund, here’s how the process works:

1. Reach out to our support team through the website, email, or WhatsApp
2. Explain the reason for your refund request
3. Our team reviews the request to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria above
4. If approved, you’ll be sent a refund form to complete
5. Submit the completed form with the requested details
6. Your request will be processed within five (5) business days
7. Once finalized, you’ll receive a confirmation email and the refund will be returned to your original payment method

When a Request Won’t Be Approved

A refund request may be declined in situations such as:

• No valid reason has been provided
• The request was submitted after activation had already occurred
• The customer has violated Vision4K’s Terms & Conditions
• The customer has simply changed their mind, with no issue related to the service itself

Items That Are Never Refundable

Regardless of timing or circumstances, the following are excluded from refunds entirely:

• Trial purchases of any kind
• Reseller products
• Recurring subscription payments that have already been processed
• Any service that has already been activated
